1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to complete identity verification, and, for business accounts, authorized to act on behalf of a registered business, to open and use an AntilFi account. Availability is subject to market authorization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected compromise of your credentials.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AntilFi for money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We may decline or reverse transactions reasonably believed to violate these terms.
4. Fees
Applicable fees for your account type are disclosed on our Pricing page and confirmed during onboarding. Fee changes are communicated in advance and are not applied retroactively to completed transactions.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, a violation of these terms, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and explain the basis for any suspension where legally permitted.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AntilFi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, except where such limitation is not permitted by law or where loss results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Disputes
If you have a dispute about a transaction or your account, contact our support team first. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and in good faith before either party pursues formal legal remedies.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email, with an updated "last updated" date shown above.
