Know Your Customer / Know Your Business
Personal accounts complete identity verification (KYC) covering government-issued ID and contact verification. Business accounts complete business verification (KYB), confirming company registration and identifying the individuals who own or control the business, before merchant or agent capabilities activate.
Transaction monitoring
Account activity is monitored against configurable rules designed to flag unusual patterns. Flagged activity is reviewed by our operations team before an account is restricted or cleared, balancing customer experience against risk.
Limits and holds
Accounts operate within configurable transaction and daily volume limits appropriate to their verification level. Where activity requires further review, a temporary hold may be applied to a transaction or account balance until the review is complete.
Dual approval for privileged actions
Actions with meaningful financial or account impact — limit overrides, settlement adjustments, and account restriction reversals among them — require review and sign-off from a second authorized person before taking effect.
Continuity & recovery objectives
We maintain documented recovery objectives and continuity plans for core platform functions, reviewed on a fixed cadence. These plans are tested internally and updated as the platform and its dependencies evolve.
Governed change control
Changes to the production platform — code, configuration, or infrastructure — pass through a review and approval process before deployment. This applies uniformly across engineering, operations, and compliance-relevant configuration.
Records retention
Account, transaction, and verification records are retained for a period consistent with standard financial services practice, to support audits, dispute resolution, and any lawful regulatory request. Retention periods are documented internally and applied consistently.
Regulatory contact
Regulators, financial institutions, or compliance counterparts with questions about AntilFi's controls can reach our compliance team directly.
