Verifying identity

  1. Ask for the 6-digit code

    The customer generates this in their app just before arriving.

  2. Check government ID

    Name must match the account holder exactly.

  3. Dispense cash

    Hand over the exact amount and provide a receipt reference.

Code expiry & safety

  • Codes expire 10 minutes after generation — ask the customer to refresh if it fails.
  • Never accept a code read over the phone from someone not physically present.
  • Maximum HTG 500,000.00 per single cash-out.

This is a placeholder request flow — no funds move. Live cash-out debits the float once connected to the AntilFi ledger.
